Alpha Coating Systems Inc. (ACSI) was established in 2000, in response to customers demand for an ISO 9001 certified company that could provide a complete process for oilfield related steel parts, from spray coating, to final finish grinding and lapping.

Prior to establishing Alpha Coating Systems, since its beginning, Don’s  Grinding and Lapping Service (DGS) set the industry standard since its inception in 1961, providing finished grinding and lapping services to most of the premier suppliers of gate and seat valve purveyors in the industry today. Alpha Coating Systems through an interconnected association with its sister company Don’s Grinding & Lapping is able to offer a wide range of services primarily to the oilfield.

CAPACITY

Alpha Coating maintains a constant level of quality through its state of the art facility located in the “Heart of Oil Production”, Houston, Texas. We can accommodate gate valves and seats from ½” bore, to 9” bore. Because our parts are finished for the “who’s who” of the industry, Certification of Conformance certificates (C of C) are provided upon request.  Although we feel we are among the leaders in the Industry, we never rely solely on our past performance to insure future success. We continue to grow and mature in all areas of the services we provide. Quality, Service, and Excellence, are our driving forces.  We look to the future with continuing  Optimism & Expansion.
